Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness career when she turned 16 and she gave up her gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She continued to compete for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. In 2009 she had won four fitness titles. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The show saw her finish at third. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian stepped out on stage three month later and returned with a sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. She was up against the best. Ariel has improved her physique every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. The exercises she uses to work her back are bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm pull downs with lats. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. She does this by super setting all of her back exercises, and doing three or four supersets of 10-12 repetitions. The routine she follows is type of workout twice per week one day being light weight day as well as the second days heavy weight.
